Implementation Teams
The five Talent Alliance Implementation Teams represent both community and campus expertise. Each team is co-chaired by a community leader and a faculty member or administrator from IUPUI and is made up of IUPUI faculty and representatives from community partner organizations, including other colleges and universities in Indianapolis. Working groups meet to confer about "cradle to career" issues that influence or impede students' academic success and preparation for life.
The teams are where the real work of the Talent Alliance takes place, as meetings focus on evidence-based decision-making, innovative research, robust engagement, and critical dialogue about the complex issues surrounding increased educational attainment for all students in Central Indiana. Each group has established areas of focus and is working to identify measurable indicators to build a strong foundation for the Talent Alliance movement in Central Indiana. With their broad campus and community representation and the passion, hard work, and dedication of their members and co-chairs, the teams are vitally important to the effectiveness of Talent Alliance.
